PLAYER/COACH REQUEST POLICY

Requests are for players that sign up during REGULAR registration. Requests made during the LATE registration time will only be considered if there is availability.

All requests must be made at the time of registration. A player is allowed to request:

• to play with another player

• to have a particular coach

• to NOT play with a particular player/coach

• to NOT practice on a certain day

PLEASE NOTE:

Requests are granted on a first come first served basis. Requests cannot be honored if any of the following apply.

​

• the coach/player requested is not coaching/playing this season

• the coach/player is not coaching/playing in the same age group as your child

• there is not room on coach’s/player’s team for you

​

Also, if 3 or more players request to be together one or more of those parents must volunteer to coach in order for them to stay together.
